These Terms govern your use of calmraising.com and any 
purchases you make from us. By using the site or making 
a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

2. What We Sell

We sell digital information products, including eBooks, 
planners, audiobooks, and video courses focused on 
parenting education. All products are delivered 
electronically.

3. Educational Purpose Only

Our products are educational and informational. We are 
not licensed psychologists, therapists, pediatricians, 
or medical professionals. Our products do not constitute 
medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice and are 
not a substitute for professional care. If you or your 
child is in distress, please consult a qualified 
professional. In a crisis, contact emergency services 
or, in the US, call or text 988.

4. Orders and Payment

All prices are shown in your local currency where 
supported, or in US dollars. Payment is taken at 
checkout. Your order is confirmed by email and your 
digital products are delivered instantly to that email 
address. If you do not receive your products within one 
hour, email contact@calmraising.com.

5. Refunds

We offer a 30-day full refund on all products, no 
questions asked. See our Returns Policy.

6. License to Use Our Products

When you purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable 
license to use the product for your own household. You 
may not redistribute, resell, copy for others, post 
publicly, or use our products to train AI models. Doing 
so terminates your license and may lead to legal action.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on calmraising.com and in our products — 
including text, images, design, the "Calm Raising" name, 
and "The Calm Reset" method name — is owned by Calm 
Raising and protected by copyright and trademark law.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use our site or products to:
- Violate any law
- Infringe anyone's rights
- Harass or harm any person
- Transmit viruses or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

9. Disclaimers

Our site and products are provided "as is." We make no 
guarantees about specific outcomes. Results from 
parenting education vary based on many factors outside 
our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total 
liability to you for any claim related to our products 
or site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 
months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, 
consequential, or incidental damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot 
be limited under applicable law, including consumer 
protection laws in your country of residence.

11. EU and UK Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have 
statutory rights that these Terms do not affect. When 
you purchase a digital product and download it 
immediately, you expressly waive the standard 14-day 
EU withdrawal period under § 356 Abs. 5 BGB. Our 30-day 
refund policy applies instead and is more generous than 
the statutory minimum.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without 
regard to conflict-of-law principles. For consumers, the 
mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of 
residence also apply.

13. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides an online dispute 
resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We are not obligated to participate in dispute resolution 
before a consumer arbitration board, and we do not 
voluntarily do so.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. The "last updated" date 
reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes 
means you accept the updated Terms.
