We want you to feel good about your purchase. If The
Calm Reset method or any of our materials doesn't work
for your family, we'll refund you in full.

You have 30 days from your purchase date to request a
refund - for any reason, or no reason at all. No forms.
No phone calls. No "exit survey."
How to request a refund
Email contact@calmraising.com with your order number in
the subject line. We process refunds the same business
day, Monday through Friday. You'll receive an email
confirmation when the refund is issued. Funds typically
return to your original payment method within 3 to 10
business days, depending on your bank.
What about the digital downloads?
You're welcome to keep them. We don't ask you to delete
files or return anything. We trust you.
After 30 days
Refunds outside the 30-day window are handled case by
case. Email us and we'll do what we reasonably can.
EU and UK consumers
When you purchase a digital download and access it
immediately, you waive the standard 14-day statutory
right of withdrawal under § 356 Abs. 5 BGB and the
equivalent UK rules. Our voluntary 30-day refund policy
applies in its place and is more generous than the
statutory minimum.
